What is The Growthly?

The Growthly is a founder-led startup mentorship and equity investment program designed to support high-potential founders and early-stage startups across India. The program helps aspiring entrepreneurs transform their ideas into scalable businesses through practical mentorship, industry-focused training, startup validation, and long-term founder guidance. Selected startups go through a structured evaluation and training process where they receive support in areas such as business strategy, execution, branding, market understanding, and growth planning. In addition to mentorship and offline training sessions conducted by industry experts, selected startups may also receive equity-based funding support of up to ₹50 Lakhs based on their scalability, innovation, execution capability, and overall business potential. The Growthly is built for serious founders who are committed to building real businesses and creating long-term impact.

The program is led by Shriram Pawar, and Sneha Agarwal who personally mentor participants. Selected startups may be considered for equity-based investment support after evaluation, training, and investment discussions.
No, there is no age barrier in entrepreneurship. If you have an idea worth building and the hunger to make it real, you can apply. Because entrepreneurship does not belong to a certain age - it belongs to those who dare to start.
This program is for anyone with a business idea - students, college dropouts, working professionals, homemakers, or graduates. If you can solve problems and have the passion to build something, you belong here. No formal degree required.
The application processing fee is ₹1499 only. The entire program 1-month online and 1 month offline residential bootcamp is completely free - stay, food, and training all included. No hidden costs.
Selected startups may receive equity-based funding support up to ₹50 Lakhs based on evaluation, scalability, and investment discussions. Funding is not guaranteed and is subject to the final investment review process.
We do not take a fixed percentage. Equity is decided case-by-case based on:
• Your business potential and market size
• How much investment you need
• Scalability of your idea (local business vs high-growth startup)
• All investment terms are finalized through mutual agreement and legal documentation.
You can apply as an individual or with a co-founder. If you apply alone and are selected, we can help you find co-founders during the program.
Month 1 (Online): 3 evenings per week (2 hours each). You can continue your job or college.
Month 2 (Offline): Full-time residential bootcamp (1 month). You need to be physically present.
The offline bootcamp will be at a residential center Navi Mumbai. The exact venue will be shared with selected participants. Stay and food will be provided free of cost.
If you are not selected, you will receive feedback on your application so you can understand the gaps and improve. You may reapply for the next cohort, but please note that reapplication is allowed only after 90 days.
